Everyone from the staff was really kind and welcoming. The rooms were huge, new-fashioned, and had a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control.

our experience was really lovely from the moment we checked in, will come back. everything in the hotel was really good and met the demands. modern a double room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. central heating, cable channels, and a mini fridge bar where available here.

The staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were well equipped with a king-size bed and coffee. The location was magnificent and incredibly comfortable. The hotel is extremely close to Balkan Prespa Park. It's only a 5-minute walk to downtown.
